European ‘Community’ Design Registrations
Community designs cover the whole EU with a single application resulting in a single registration. For a full list of EU countries please see here: EU Member States
The Community design system is very cost-effective, and the most popular choice of design registration for UK applicants. Normally UK applicants wishing to protect a design file an EU application straight off instead of filing any UK application.
