James Mitchiner is a solicitor specializing in contentious contractual and intellectual property (IP) matters. He has been practicing in law for over 20 years in various City, national and London law firms. James has a Biochemistry degree from Kings College London and came first in the London intercollegiate LLM for Intellectual Property in 2001.
